  1. persiapan sukan sangat penting dari segi persiapan fizikal dan mental supaya atlit dapat mencapai tahap yang cemerlang. namun, pada jangka pendek, ianya membebankan atlit. maka, persiapan tiga bulan lebih awal sangat penting supaya fizikal tidak terlalu terpaksa berkerja dan mental dapat bersedia menerima cabaran psykologi. congratulation anyway. thanks.
